libtevent0 software package provides talloc-based event loop library - shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtevent0
libtevent0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtevent0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtevent0 *
You will get with libtevent0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
